| The Find Your Local Installer and Enquiry
Forwarding services are
conduits for introductions between you (the Customer) and Suppliers on our
database. The contract for the work to be carried out by the Supplier is
between you and the Supplier. CS Design is not a party to that contract. |

| CS Design offer no recommendation of the
services provided by any Supplier on our database and will not be liable
for any dispute which may arise between the Customer and the Supplier.
However, we welcome comments on any Supplier who fails to meet your
expectations. The Customer will be responsible for ensuring the
suitability of any Supplier who is to carry out work for them. Suppliers
include installers of a variety of insulation materials and the Customer
should ensure suitability of the product offered for its intended purpose. |

service is entirely at our discretion. We may contact, on your behalf, a
number of suppliers and provide them with details of your enquiry
including your name, address and telephone number. CS Design accepts no
liability for the use made of this information by the Supplier. |
